Le Rouge Tomate offers a gourmet and refined cuisine where Mediterranean-inspired flavors rub shoulders with culinary influences from the world over.
Since its inception in 2009, the goal of founding owner Manon Desgagnés was to offer her clientele a healthy, authentic and quality cuisine. As much as possible, the meats, fruits and vegetables are locally sourced and made with organic ingredients. Working alongside her daughter, Juliet, mother and daughter continue to expand the offering, always guided by the core values of freshness, authenticity and accessibility.
